PAYMENT:
Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER
Credit cards are only accepted if the shipping address is the same as the billing address on the credit card.
Other payment methods: PAYPAL, Cashiers check, certified check or money order. Payment must be received prior to shipping.
WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE:
Inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival. If a defect is found in any item contact us immediately and DO NOT INSTALL.
RETURNS:
All returns must be approved by Arizen Racing Sports prior to being returned. All returns require an RA number clearly visible on shipping label or box, or return will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense.
All returns must be in "as new" condition, unused, unaltered, and with all hardware, instructions,
etc. Include a copy of original invoice with all return merchandise.
No merchandise can be returned after 14 days.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Items which have been customized (such as logos added or custom
upholstery) are not
returnable.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price. Shipping
charges are not refundable.
All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her expense.
All return items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if original packing is not in good condition. Purchaser should insure items for their full value, since neither
Arizen Racing Sports nor the shipper would be responsible for damage or loss if not properly insured.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier.
In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without prior approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied.
If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packaging) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If damage is not readily apparent (the packaging looks fine but the merchandise is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment.
After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repairs costs or replace the damaged goods.
Arizen Racing Sports under no circumstances shall be liable for damaged merchandise or for the subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, we will help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event you need assistance.
SHIPPING ERRORS:
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will correct the shipment as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to have the incorrect item picked up by UPS (where possible) or we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges. Always contact
Arizen Racing Sports prior to return shipping.
Our shipping costs are for customers in the continental U.S. Email with product and destination description for other locations and we'll notify you of any additional delivery costs.
